Michael successfully unites industry, start-ups and innovation at ThinkHeads. Drawing from his passion for start-ups and digital technology, he collaborates closely with his clients in shaping their digital future. Michael graduated in information management before working with Accenture, Oracle and Netscape in the USA, then switched to a start-up from Silicon Valley, and ultimately founded ThinkHeads in 2010. He gratifies his ceaseless curiosity for the digital future by visiting countless symposia – but mostly by communicating closely with those who explore new technologies, create start-ups or study organization theory.

Susann runs the consulting team at ThinkHeads and is as Partner responsible for the allocation of executive positions within the digital industry. She has been with ThinkHeads since 2011 and has helped build up and define the enterprise. Her great passion lies in the fields of digital advertising, innovation and technology. Before joining ThinkHeads, Susann worked with Deutsche Telekom in human resources and with a performance-marketing agency as manager for online marketing. Susann graduated in business psychology at Leuphana University in Lüneburg and has been a certified systemic coach since 2013.

Consultant Digital Talent
Romy is an experienced recruiter of skilled and managerial staff within the digital industry. At ThinkHeads, she is responsible for the counsel and assistance of numerous clients - focusing especially on the media and e-commerce industries. Romy graduated in business studies and absolved a Master’s course in human resource management at FOM Hamburg. After graduating, Romy worked with LUNAR GmbH as a human resource developer with a focus on recruitment, before moving on to a smaller recruitment consultancy firm. She has been part of the ThinkHeads team since 2014.

Consultant Digital Talent
Maria is ThinkHeads’ expert on specialists and managerial staff in the fields of sales, technology and innovation. Maria graduated in international business studies in Kiel while already gaining experience in recruiting by working with enterprises and employment agencies. After graduating, she recruited specialists in software engineering for the clients of Pontoon Solutions, as well as finding new colleagues for the enterprise itself. In 2015 she switched to ThinkHeads.

Thomas accompanies clients throughout their digital transformation. He consistently focuses on growth, irrespective of whether a business is medium-sized or a large-scale enterprise. Thomas has been a partner at ThinkHeads since 2017, decisively shaping the enterprise alongside Michael and Susann. The experienced digital expert has been in various leading positions prior to joining ThinkHeads, e.g. as Managing Director at the Syzygy subsidiary Unique, in the RTL group and at Ebiquity Germany. He was Vice-President of the online marketing circle at Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft and for many years he was committed to developing the German online market.

Dennis ist Junior Recruiter und entwickelt sich bei uns zum Digital Expert. Sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Human-Resource-Management hat Dennis 2019 erfolgreich absolviert. Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting konnte er bereits während des Studiums sammeln und entschloss sich nach seinem Abschluss in eine Personalberatung zu gehen. Mitte 2019 konnten wir Dennis für ThinkHeads Team gewinnen.
